Any request for changes to the portrait must be made and agreed in good time.  Only one major change, once already added, may be accepted following discussion. This may be dependent on surface used and how the alteration would affect the overall commission.  

Booking fees are non-refundable. If photographs of your pet have been taken by someone other than yourself, such as a professional photographer, written proof of permission to use will need to be obtained before work on your portrait can begin, this is because the copyright of the photo belongs to the photographer.

Completed artwork will be displayed on my website and on social media. If the commission is to be a surprise gift then, of course, the surprise element will be honored.

I retain the copyright to my artwork, therefore no drawing may be reproduced without my permission. 

Any personal information given, such as email addresses and telephone numbers etc. will only be held for the purpose of communication associated with your enquiry and in relation to your commission.
